Sell Your Bike on Maui
How It Works
1. CALL TO SCHEDULE AN EVALUATION
Call Maui Sunriders to schedule a complimentary evaluation.
2. Bicycle Evaluation
We’ll evaluate its condition, safety, mechanical function, and resale potential.
3. Pricing
If accepted, we’ll recommend a competitive price based on its condition and current market value.
4. Consignment Agreement
Once pricing is approved, we’ll finalize the consignment terms and commission.
5. We Prepare & Sell Your Bike
We’ll service and prepare your bicycle, display it for sale, and handle customer inquiries.
6. You Get Paid
Once your bike sells and payment clears, you’ll receive your proceeds according to the Consignment Agreement.
What We Accept
We primarily accept quality bicycles from reputable brands that are in good condition and have resale potential. Examples include: Road Bikes • Mountain Bikes • Gravel Bikes • Hybrid Bikes • Commuter Bikes • Electric Bikes
Bikes should generally be:
- ✓ Clean and well maintained
- ✓ In good mechanical/structural condition
- ✓ Free from structural damage
- ✓ Suitable for resale
All bicycles are subject to inspection, market demand, resale potential, and available showroom space.
What We Do Not Accept
We generally do not accept:
- Department store bicycles
- Bikes with cracked or damaged frames
- Bikes with severely worn or damaged components
- Heavily modified or incomplete bikes
- Bikes requiring major restoration
- Stolen or unverified bicycles
- Bikes with missing or altered serial numbers
Acceptance is based on the bicycle’s condition, resale potential, current market demand, and available showroom space. Maui Sunriders reserves the right to refuse any bicycle at its discretion.

PROFESSIONALLY EVALUATED & PREPARED
Before a bicycle is offered for sale, our experienced mechanics inspect its major safety and performance systems and determine what service, adjustments, or repairs may be needed. If additional work is recommended, we’ll provide an estimate for your approval before any work is performed. Once ready, your bicycle is cleaned, prepared, and presented for sale.
