• Charger if renting more than 1 day
• Flat Pedals – We have a select amount of clip-in pedals available for those that bring their own shoes. We always recommend bringing your own pedals if possible to eliminate any hiccups with cleats integrating with pedals. We will put them on for you at the shop or upon delivery!

EXTRA Add-ON Rentals:

• 3-Bike Trunk Rack: $10 per day
• 2-Bike Spare Tire Rack: $10 per day
• Bike Shoes MTN SPD/ w/pedals: $10 per day
• Range Extenders: Starting at $35 per day

PICK-UP/DROP OFF HOURS:

• STORE PICK-UP: Opening until 1 hour before closing
• STORE DROP OFF: Bikes must be returned to the shop 1 hour before closing, so they can be tuned for the next day. Some are immediately turned over for pre-day pickups right after your drop off. (Late fees will be incurred for late drops.)
• PRE-DAY PICK UP: Is complimentary only 1 hour before the store closes. Any earlier the customer will be charged a fee for. Please note a pre-day pick up could be being dropped off at the same time as your pre-day pick-up. Depending on when the prior customer returns the bike, there could be a delay / wait.

• PAIA HOURS: 8AM – 4PM
• KIHEI HOURS: 9AM – 5PM
• KAPALUA HOURS: 9AM – 5PM

DELIVERIES:

3-DAY MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
DELIVERY HOURS: 9:30 AM – 3 PM

• ROUNDTRIP DELIVERY $80
• ONE-WAY DELIVERY $40 – (Please call the shop to add this option to your reservation)

We cannot always guarantee your exact delivery time, however, we will do our best to deliver at your requested time
We are not able to apply a pre-day pick-up to deliveries

STORE BIKE TRANSFERS:

TRANSFERS REQUIRE THE SAME LABOR AS A DELIVERY. SAME RATES APPLY.
PLEASE CALL THE SHOP TO ADD THIS OPTION TO YOUR RESERVATION

• ROUNDTRIP STORE TRANSFER $80

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice a full refund will be given. Within 48 hours of we cannot refund your reservation.

EARLY RETURN POLICY:

Once a bike has been picked up, early returns are not eligible for refunds or date reductions.

LATE FEES:

There will be a late fee applied for each bike that is returned late.

EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEES:

DO NOT TOUCH THE BIKE TO THE OCEAN WATER!!! If the bike is returned with excessive mud, sand, salt water or grime there will be an excessive cleaning fee assessed.

TRAIL PROHIBITED:

FOR YOUR SAFETY, our road bikes are NOT permitted off road on any trails.
